If a Davis Programme is likely to be of benefit, your Consultant can arrange an initial Programme Assessment with a Learning People Facilitator. This is a two to three hour meeting which explores your needs and objectives in greater depth and establishes the suitability of a Davis Programme.
Your Facilitator may recommend one of the three basic Davis Programmes or devise a specially tailored Programme fitting a particular combination of goals.
In cases where a Davis Programme is unlikely to be beneficial, we will say so honestly and suggest alternatives.
